Shopping notes
Shipping and free shipping
We ship anywhere in Malaysia. West Malaysia is RM7, free for orders of RM128 and above. East Malaysia is RM15, free for orders of RM168 and above.
Payment and stock
An order is confirmed only once payment goes through. Adding an item to your cart does not hold the stock.
How soon do you ship?
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays. After that, delivery time depends on the courier.
How do I pick my baby's size?
Age in months is only a guide. Measure a piece your baby wears comfortably now and compare it with the flat measurements of the item. Measurements are taken by hand, so 1–2cm either way is normal. If you are between two sizes, go one size up.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, for the same style in another size. The item must be unwashed and unworn, with its tag and packaging intact. The buyer pays shipping both ways.
Wrong item or a serious defect
Keep the packaging and send us photos as soon as you can.
4 for RM100 opening offer
Only items tagged "4 for RM100" count. Mix and match any tagged styles; every four make one set. Fewer than four, and items without the tag, are charged at their listed price.
