Exchanging for another size
You can exchange for the same style in another size within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unwashed and unworn, with its tag and packaging intact.
The buyer pays shipping both ways.
Wrong item or a serious defect
If you receive the wrong item or one with a serious defect, keep the packaging and send us photos as soon as you can.
