Refund policy

When you get a refund

You received a wrong, missing or seriously defective item, and we have none in stock to send instead.

An item turns out to be out of stock after you have paid.

You ask us to cancel your order before it ships.

When there is no refund

There is no refund for the wrong size or a change of mind. You can exchange for the same style in another size within 7 days of delivery; the conditions are on the Exchanges and returns page.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.

How much

We refund what you actually paid for the item, after any offer or voucher discount.

For an order cancelled before it ships, the shipping fee is refunded too. For a wrong or defective item, we pay the postage to send it back.

How and when it is paid

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to your account within 7 working days of our confirming the refund.
